Since, the age of 14 Nicholas has assumed various positions within his family's textile enterprise, a company established by his grandfather in 1946.

In 2020, Nicholas embraced a significant undertaking during their tenure as Rutgers University Student Body President. Nicholas orchestrated, oversaw, and spearheaded all aspects of the Landsdown Trail restoration project, guaranteeing the successful renovation and preservation of bridges.
